How to delete your account

Direct in-app deletion is temporarily unavailable. Please submit your deletion request via the email form below.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email. Enter the email address of your TankRadar account.
Before deletion, an identity verification may be necessary to ensure the request comes from the account owner.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following personal data is permanently removed:
- ✕Name and alias
- ✕Email address
- ✕Points and ranking
- ✕Favorites
- ✕Saved routes
- ✕Personal discounts
- ✕Price alerts
- ✕Notifications
- ✕Session data
- ✕Support tickets and messages
- ✕Operator requests
- ✕Contest entries
- ✕Coupon redemptions
- ✕Community reminders
Anonymized community content
The following content is retained in anonymized form — all direct user references (email, name, alias) are removed. On certain community records, a system-managed creator ID that cannot be modified directly in the record may remain.

- ✓Price confirmations
- ✓Station reports and error reports
- ✓Activity logs
- ✓Accepted station submissions
Processing
Deletion is carried out after receipt and review of your email request. Your user account and all personal data are permanently removed. Community content is retained in anonymized form.
